What Restockly does

Restockly is a purchase-order and inventory replenishment app for Shopify. This policy describes exactly what data the app touches, in plain language, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.

Data we store

  • Store identity and session data — your myshopify domain and the authentication tokens Shopify issues the app.
  • Data you create in the app — suppliers, purchase orders, line items, and per-store settings.
  • Data you import — purchase-order history and supplier records from a Stocky CSV you upload.

Data we read but never store

To compute sales velocity for reorder suggestions, Restockly reads order line items (product variant and quantity) and order dates over a rolling window. These are aggregated in memory when you load the dashboard and are never written to our database.

Data we never access

Restockly requests no customer data fields. We never read, display, or store customer names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, or payment information. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify — we never see payment details.

Deletion

  • On uninstall, Shopify sends us a deletion request and every record for your store — purchase orders, suppliers, settings, sessions — is permanently deleted from our database.
  • Customer data requests (GDPR/CCPA) receive the same honest answer automatically: we hold no customer data, so there is nothing to report or redact.

Third parties

App data is hosted on Railway (application server and PostgreSQL database, US region). We use no analytics trackers, no ad pixels, and we never sell or share data with anyone.
